Since I've been blogging stuff more than I intented, I had to build an index into it to make reading and navigating between texts more comfortable. This will greatly help find specific texts in future, when this blog expands unless I die or othewise get objected of expanding it. Unfortunately the forums section is still under construction as my Internet Service Provider is yet to answer to my query of which database system they have, do I need permissions etc. I just can't get forums work without that info.

I've been an "active citizen" for quite a while. This means that I've been reading news regularly, attending on decision making by voting in public elections and so forth. Somehow I felt that this isn't enough, so I decided to open this site for public. Some sections of the site are still unfunctional (like forums) and some are poor in content (like my blog and the news), but you can see the reason if you look the date of this news topic. Time is about 2:27 AM when I'm typing this. Nevertheless, I wanted to get it done before I get to sleep, so I can keep rolling on bed trying to figure content worth of adding.
